What is Sommelier Finance?
Sommelier is a decentralized asset management protocol designed to introduce "intelligent vaults" that adjust dynamically to market conditions, optimizing strategies for yield in the DeFi space. These vaults utilize off-chain computation for real-time data analysis and strategy execution, without the centralization trade-offs found in traditional finance.
Sommelier's architecture is built on the Cosmos SDK and includes bridges to high-value EVM networks, allowing off-chain calculations to inform on-chain strategy rebalancing. Strategists can manage vaults through whitelisted functions, executing rebalance strategies once consensus is reached among the protocol's validators. This design optimizes efficiency by aggregating and batching transactions, reducing gas fees.
