What is Othentic?
Othentic is a modular infrastructure platform that allows developers to build distributed systems and Actively Validated Services (AVS) within a shared security network. Othentic Stack provides a comprehensive library of components, including oracles, decentralized RPC systems, AI inference networks, exploit prevention systems, and more, all designed to operate within a decentralized, secure framework. Developers can customize and configure the infrastructure according to their specific service needs, abstracting away low-level technical complexities while focusing on core business logic.
The Othentic Stack empowers developers to design distributed systems using fully customizable components like consensus mechanisms, governance rules, and reward models. This flexibility enables the development of novel AVS use cases such as decentralized solvers, indexing infrastructure, rollup watchers, privacy-preserving networks, and bridges. Othentic also supports integrating shared security ecosystems, allowing protocols and services to be built and scaled without being constrained by specific blockchain ecosystems, whether EVM or non-EVM.
In the restaking ecosystem, Othentic acts as a versatile framework for deploying restaked AVSs on EigenLayer. These AVSs allow node operators to execute and validate computational tasks, such as submitting proofs or auditing tasks performed by other nodes. Othentic's AVS architecture enables nodes to perform execution logic via "Performer" nodes and validation logic via "Attester" nodes, ensuring that services are trustlessly executed and validated across the network. This model allows the platform to leverage restaked assets, ensuring that operators perform computational tasks while securing and scaling the broader decentralized infrastructure.
