What is Anzen Protocol?
Anzen is a protocol designed to optimize payments to operators by ensuring that periods of insecurity (due to underpaying) and overpaying are minimized. The protocol achieves this balance through a suite of modules that calculate the Security Fee (SF) for a specific Active Validator Set (AVS).
Once the SF is calculated, it is consumed by an incentive reserve that adjusts the incentive emission rate. This ensures that operators are properly incentivized without incurring excess costs, thus maintaining the security and efficiency of the system.
Anzen operates as an AVS, and its security is enhanced by Eigenlayer operators, who help secure the protocol by restaking assets and contributing to its overall reliability and security.
