Aggregator figure, not a contract read. DIA’s own onchain supply is the separate series below.
Percentage change in USDtb's circulating supply as reported by DeFiLlama, measured against that source's own past. It is not a change in the onchain supply above, which DIA reads from the contracts directly and which is a different measurement of the same coin. A dash means the map has no reading close enough to the start of the window, a stretch inside it where supply was not reported at all, or a starting figure too small for a percentage to describe. USDtb is a US dollar stablecoin whose reserves sit almost entirely in a tokenized money market fund. Issuance, redemption and reserve management moved to Anchorage Digital Bank, National Association on October 13, 2025, according to the USDtb documentation. Anchorage is a federally chartered national trust bank with fiduciary powers, regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. DIA's registry records the issuer as Ethena Labs, with issuance through Anchorage.
The reserve asset is [BUIDL](/global-stablecoins/stablecoin/buidl/), BlackRock's USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund. Ethena's dollar token USDe hedges the price-change risk of a portfolio of volatile backing assets. USDtb holds fund shares and cash. Supply and price on this page are DIA first-party registry data: 357.9 million USDtb on Ethereum at $0.9999.

What the June report says
Anchorage publishes a monthly USDtb reserve report. The report for June 30, 2026 puts total reserve assets at $777,181,625 against 775,079,189 redeemable tokens outstanding, a surplus of $2,102,436. Reserves were $766,948,324 of BUIDL at fair value and $10,233,301 of cash. The cash sat in demand deposit accounts at FDIC-insured depository institutions.
What the accountant examined
An independent accountant's report gives an opinion that management's assertion is fairly stated in all material respects. The engagement followed AICPA attestation standards and the AICPA "2025 Criteria for Stablecoin Reporting: Specific to Asset-Backed Fiat-Pegged Tokens".
What it leaves out
The report is a point-in-time examination, not an audit of Anchorage's financial statements. The accountant's report states the examination was not performed to determine whether Anchorage complied with federal, state or local laws or regulations, or with contractual obligations to its customers. Reserves are reported at the fund level: BUIDL is carried at daily net asset value, and the securities the fund itself holds are not itemized.

Access to the primary market is closed. The USDtb documentation states that only customers of Anchorage Digital Bank are able to mint and redeem USDtb. Anchorage's covered stablecoin terms say it "redeems Covered Stablecoins exclusively from Clients", at par value net of applicable fees, and that redemption may be delayed or suspended. A holder who is not an Anchorage client has no direct redemption right and buys the token on the secondary market.

Anchorage Digital Bank is regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the June reserve report names it the issuer of USDtb. Anchorage announced the launch on October 14, 2025 and described USDtb as "America's first federally regulated stablecoin". The same announcement states that USDtb is "not a deposit, not FDIC insured, and not endorsed or guaranteed by the US government".
The earlier announcement of the Ethena Labs partnership, on July 24, 2025, described USDtb as the first stablecoin with a clear pathway to becoming compliant under the GENIUS Act.

One fund carries the reserve
Of the $777,181,625 in reserves at June 30, 2026, $766,948,324 was BUIDL.
Cash above the insurance limit
$9,983,301 of the $10,233,301 cash balance sat above FDIC insurance limits at the report date.
Contract audits predate the current issuer
The USDtb contracts passed three private audits from Pashov Audit Group, Quantstamp and Cyfrin in October 2024 with no high or medium findings. A Code4rena contest followed in early November 2024. Issuance moved to Anchorage in October 2025.

The Global Stablecoin Map tracks USDtb on Ethereum, reading the token contract at 0xC139190F447e929f090Edeb554D95AbB8b18aC1C. That contract holds 357.9 million USDtb across about 294,000 holders, and the map prices the token at $0.9999. Both figures are first-party registry data.
What is not covered
USDtb also runs on Solana, at 8yXrtJ54jZtE84xEBzTESKuegjcAkAuDrdAhRd8i8n3T. The map lists Solana for USDtb but does not yet read supply there, so the Ethereum figure is the only chain-level supply on this page.
The reserve sits on chain
The June reserve report gives Anchorage's BUIDL custody addresses on Solana, BNB Chain and Avalanche, the on-chain input for a proof of reserves feed. Other tokenized-treasury dollars sit alongside USDtb in the stablecoin explorer.

Anchorage publishes a monthly reserve report. An independent accountant examined management's assertion for June 30, 2026 under AICPA attestation standards and issued an opinion. It is an examination of the reserve report, not an audit of Anchorage's financial statements, and it does not test compliance with laws or regulations.
No. The USDtb documentation states that only customers of Anchorage Digital Bank can mint and redeem USDtb, and Anchorage's covered stablecoin terms say it redeems covered stablecoins exclusively from clients. Other holders buy and sell on the secondary market.
