Shares of the same supply as Top-10, from public address labels covering 85.0% of the top-10 balance. Exchange custody is one address holding for many end holders. Unattributed means unlabelled, not self-custodied.

Aggregator figure, not a contract read. DIA’s own onchain supply is the separate series below.
Percentage change in RLUSD's circulating supply as reported by DeFiLlama, measured against that source's own past. It is not a change in the onchain supply above, which DIA reads from the contracts directly and which is a different measurement of the same coin. A dash means the map has no reading close enough to the start of the window, a stretch inside it where supply was not reported at all, or a starting figure too small for a percentage to describe. Hover a dash for which.

Ripple USD (RLUSD) is a US dollar stablecoin issued by Standard Custody & Trust Company, LLC, a Ripple subsidiary. Ripple's developer documentation states that SCTC and other regulated Ripple subsidiaries issue and distribute RLUSD.
Where it is issued
The token is natively issued on the XRP Ledger and on Ethereum. Ripple's token address page lists the XRPL issuing account rMxCKbEDwqr76QuheSUMdEGf4B9xJ8m5De and the Ethereum proxy contract 0x8292bb45bf1ee4d140127049757c2e0ff06317ed. The same page lists a second proxy, 0x8d58c0c60b8d6b88fa98b291a646db34d0f98258, used on Base, Ink, Optimism, Unichain and the XRPL EVM sidechain.
Size and backing
Ripple states the token is backed one to one by cash deposits, US Treasuries and cash equivalents. CoinGecko shows RLUSD trading at $1.00 with a market capitalisation of about $1.76B and a circulating supply of about 1.757B tokens.
Ripple positions it for cross-border payments, remittances, exchange trading pairs and treasury operations, inside a New York trust perimeter.

The monthly attestations
Ripple publishes a transparency page with monthly attestation PDFs. The page says reports are made available within 30 days after month end, and it links individual monthly files running from December 2024 through June 2026.
The page states the attestations are performed by an independent Certified Public Accountant licensed in the United States, appointed under the NYDFS guidance on US dollar-backed stablecoins dated 8 June 2022. It states the attestations follow the attestation standards of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ripple's developer documentation names Deloitte as the accounting firm producing the monthly reserve reports.
The figures and the custodian
The transparency page reported $1,589.6M of RLUSD in circulation against $1,702.6M of reserve funds at its 08/06/2026 snapshot. Ripple's documentation describes the eligible reserve assets as US Treasury bills of three months maturity or less, government money market funds, overnight reverse repurchase agreements and deposits at US banks. Ripple names The Bank of New York Mellon as primary reserve custodian as of July 2025.
Two limits
An AICPA attestation is a point-in-time report on management's assertions, not a financial statement audit of the issuer. Ripple's public pages do not break the reserve down by instrument, counterparty or maturity, so a reader sees a total and no composition.

The New York State Department of Financial Services granted Standard Custody & Trust Company, LLC a trust company charter on 4 May 2021 under New York Banking Law, authorising it to operate as a limited liability trust company and to provide digital asset custody and related services to New York customers.
Ripple states that RLUSD is issued through a limited purpose trust chartered by NYDFS, and that the token has approval from NYDFS and from the Dubai Financial Services Authority. Ripple also states that availability of RLUSD depends on jurisdiction.
No DFSA register entry for RLUSD was located in this research pass, so the DFSA approval is recorded here as an issuer claim.

Reserve custody is concentrated
Ripple names one primary reserve custodian, BNY Mellon, and describes segregated accounts at depository institutions and securities custodians. A single primary custodian is an operational and legal single point of failure for the redemption promise.
Disclosure is monthly and lagged
Ripple's transparency page allows up to 30 days after month end for a report. Between publications, a holder has no issuer-published view of the reserve, only the on-chain supply.
The attestation perimeter is narrow
An AICPA attestation covers management's assertions at a date. It is not an audit of Standard Custody & Trust Company, and Ripple's pages do not publish audited financial statements for the issuing entity.
Issuance is multi-chain with different contracts
Ripple lists one Ethereum proxy and a separate shared proxy across Base, Ink, Optimism, Unichain and the XRPL EVM sidechain, alongside the XRPL issuing account. Supply on any one venue is only part of the total, and a reader summing a single chain will understate circulation.
Redemption access is not open
Ripple states availability depends on jurisdiction and routes purchase through exchanges and payment providers, so secondary market price is the practical exit for most holders.
RLUSD has traded off peg
CoinGecko records an all-time high of $1.07 and an all-time low of $0.9623, both in December 2024, the month of launch.

The Global Stablecoin Map classifies RLUSD as a fiat-backed USD stablecoin issued by Standard Custody & Trust Company, a US entity, backed by cash and Treasury bills.
On chain, the map tracks RLUSD on Ethereum and the XRP Ledger, and records a circulating value of about $1.77B. Supply readings come from the token contracts and issuing account Ripple publishes, not from issuer marketing figures. The stablecoin explorer sets that read against the rest of the dollar cohort.
What is not covered
The reserve. It sits in bank and custodian accounts and is visible only through Ripple's monthly attestation PDFs, so backing is an off-chain trust assumption that no on-chain read can close. The additional RLUSD deployments Ripple lists on Base, Ink, Optimism, Unichain and the XRPL EVM sidechain are not tracked here, so the covered supply is a subset of total issuance.

Standard Custody & Trust Company, LLC, a Ripple subsidiary, issues RLUSD. NYDFS granted the company a New York trust company charter on 4 May 2021.
Ripple states RLUSD is backed one to one by cash deposits, US Treasury bills of three months or less, government money market funds, overnight reverse repos and US bank deposits.
Ripple publishes monthly attestation reports by an independent US-licensed CPA under AICPA attestation standards, and its docs name Deloitte. An attestation is not a financial statement audit of the issuer.
