Aggregator figure, not a contract read. DIA’s own onchain supply is the separate series below.
Percentage change in FDUSD's circulating supply as reported by DeFiLlama, measured against that source's own past. It is not a change in the onchain supply above, which DIA reads from the contracts directly and which is a different measurement of the same coin. A dash means the map has no reading close enough to the start of the window, a stretch inside it where supply was not reported at all, or a starting figure too small for a percentage to describe. Hover a dash for which.

Who issues it
FDUSD is a US dollar fiat-backed stablecoin issued by FD121 (BVI) Limited, which operates under the brand First Digital Labs. The whitepaper describes FD121 as a company limited by shares incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. It dates the token to June 2023, issued then by FD121 Limited in Hong Kong, with the issuer relocating to the British Virgin Islands in August 2025. Reserve assets are custodied by First Digital Trust Limited, a trust company registered in Hong Kong under section 78(1) of the Trustee Ordinance and a licensed Trust or Company Service Provider, number TC006771.
How holders get in and out
Redemption requires an FD121 Account and completed AML and CTF checks. Holders are not entitled to interest or any other monetary benefit. FDUSD is not intended for use by U.S. persons or entities.

What the attestation says
AOGB CPA Limited reported on FD121's Reserves Accounts Report as of 30 June 2026 at 9:00pm Eastern Time, signed in Hong Kong on 10 July 2026. It was a limited assurance engagement under ISAE 3000 (Revised). The conclusion is stated in the negative: nothing came to the firm's attention to suggest the report was not prepared in accordance with the applicable criteria. The report says the work "is substantially less in scope than an audit" and that "we do not express an audit opinion".
What the schedule holds
Tokens issued and in circulation were 350,117,619.46 FDUSD. Total assets held in Reserve Accounts were US$351,727,981.95:
The repurchase-agreement section of the June 2026 schedule contains one line, the fixed deposit.
What it leaves out
AOGB performed no procedures on activity before or after the report time, gave no assurance on internal controls, and gave no assurance on management's going-concern assessment. The report describes the custodian as a related party. Cash and deposits sit with institutions in nine jurisdictions listed by country, and no institution is named.
FDUSD lost its peg in early April 2025, falling as low as $0.87, after Tron founder Justin Sun accused First Digital Trust of embezzling client funds. It traded near $0.99 within days.
LlamaRisk measured peg recovery time against USDT and USDC and found FDUSD stayed off peg for long stretches where its competitors typically recovered inside a minute. In the 99th percentile of daily price standard deviation it recorded $0.001374. On depth, DeFiLlama's tool showed roughly 0.36% slippage selling about 550,000 FDUSD for USDC on Ethereum and about 1.2% on BNB Chain for a 500,000 trade.
An earlier wobble in April 2024 came from a Binance display error that reported $6.37 billion of FDUSD deposits in an OMNI Launchpool against a market cap under $4 billion. Binance corrected the figure and the depeg was temporary.

What the issuer says
The FDUSD whitepaper, last updated 1 August 2025, states that the token "has not been, and will not be, registered or licensed under the Hong Kong Stablecoins Ordinance (Chapter 656 of the laws of Hong Kong)". The transparency page says First Digital Labs "is actively working to secure regulatory authorisation for its stablecoin issuance activities from a recognised and reputable financial regulatory authority".
What the register shows
At its 23 April 2026 revision, the HKMA Register of Licensed Stablecoin Issuers carried two names: Anchorpoint Financial Limited, licence FRS01, and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, licence FRS02, both effective 10 April 2026. No First Digital entity appears on it. The Hong Kong registration First Digital does hold covers First Digital Trust as a trust company and service provider, not FD121 as an issuer.

Redemption is gated
Redemption at par runs through an FD121 Account and customer due diligence. The whitepaper adds that "Redemption requests may be subject to a redemption surcharge", and conditions redemption on the account remaining valid and on no regulatory or court action restricting it.
No compensation scheme
The whitepaper states FDUSD "is not covered by any investor compensation schemes or deposit guarantee schemes in any jurisdiction". The issuer is a BVI company. The custodian holding the reserves is a related party of the issuer.
The float is shrinking
The 31 January 2026 attestation reported 456,143,819.06 FDUSD against reserves of US$457,884,345.60. The 30 June 2026 attestation reported 350,117,619.46 FDUSD against US$351,727,981.95.
Settlement inside the reserve
Note 6 of the June 2026 report records that Treasury Bill 912797UC96 matured on 30 June 2026 and had not been redeemed as of the report time.

What the map reads on chain
The Global Stablecoin Map reads FDUSD on Ethereum from contract 0xc5f0f7b66764F6ec8C8Dff7BA683102295E16409, about 242.5 million tokens. The registry's circulating figure of about 350.9 million covers four chains: Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana and Sui. The Ethereum read is one chain's share, not the total. Supply and price here are DIA registry data. The map's price for FDUSD is 0.9991 US dollars, and the coin sits in the global group in the stablecoin explorer.
Chains outside the map's list
Note 1 of the June 2026 attestation lists six networks: Ethereum, BNB Chain, Sui, Solana, TON and Arbitrum. TON and Arbitrum are not in the map's chain list. Ethereum and BNB Chain use the same contract address.
What no contract shows
The reserve assets are Treasury bills, a fixed deposit and bank balances in custody accounts. None of that is readable from a token contract. The monthly attestation is the record of it.
FD121 (BVI) Limited, a British Virgin Islands company operating under the First Digital Labs brand. Reserve assets are custodied by First Digital Trust Limited, a trust company registered in Hong Kong under section 78(1) of the Trustee Ordinance.
No. The FDUSD whitepaper states the token has not been and will not be registered or licensed under the Hong Kong Stablecoins Ordinance. At its 23 April 2026 revision the HKMA register of licensed stablecoin issuers listed only Anchorpoint Financial Limited and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.
The 30 June 2026 attestation lists US$300,236,688.70 of US Treasury bills across eight CUSIPs, a US$15,000,000 fixed deposit and US$36,491,293.25 of dollars in custody accounts, totalling US$351,727,981.95 against 350,117,619.46 FDUSD.
AOGB CPA Limited, under ISAE 3000 (Revised). The engagement is limited assurance, not an audit, and the report states it does not express an audit opinion and covers a single point in time.
Note 1 of the June 2026 attestation lists Ethereum, BNB Chain, Sui, Solana, TON and Arbitrum. Ethereum and BNB Chain share the contract address 0xc5f0f7b66764F6ec8C8Dff7BA683102295E16409.
