To begin testing on Scroll Sepolia, you’ll first need testnet ETH on the Ethereum Sepolia testnet. From there, you can either bridge ETH to Scroll Sepolia or use a faucet that distributes ETH directly on Scroll’s L2 testnet.

Once claimed, check your Sepolia ETH balance in your wallet and confirm the transaction via a Sepolia block explorer.

Step 2: Bridge or Use Scroll Sepolia Faucets

Option A: Use the Bridge
Transfer your Sepolia ETH to Scroll Sepolia via the official Scroll bridge (recommended for cross-layer testing).
Option B: Get ETH Directly on Scroll Sepolia
Skip bridging by using a faucet that distributes ETH directly on Scroll’s L2 testnet:
These faucets allow you to test and deploy on Scroll Sepolia without needing to bridge funds from Sepolia L1.
