Intro
Stride provides liquid staking for chains throughout the Cosmos ecosystem. Stride is an appchain that focuses on just one thing, liquid staking. It’s designed to be a minimal, secure blockchain.
Stride Staked Juno is the token received in exchange for staking JUNO with Stride. STJUNO is redeemable 1:1 for JUNO, subject to the unbonding period on JUNO. Stride is currently in mainnet with 100+ validators, and supports staking ATOM, JUNO, OSMO and STARS with the intention to add functionality to many more zones (with the token for each zone having its own stToken).
Stride has a large emphasis on security; the protocol has been audited 3 times, and has a continuous audit through Informal Systems. Stride also builds in safety checks into the L1 blockchain, halting activity if it detects any misbehavior.
Because the Stride blockchain only does liquid staking, Stride relies on external partners in Cosmos for integrations. Stride’s stTokens are accepted throughout Cosmos DeFi.
