ℹ Introduction to the Starknet Sepolia Testnet Faucet
To support testing and dApp development, Core provides a publicTestnet Faucetthat distributes test tokens:tCORE(Testnet1) andtCORE2(Testnet2). These tokens are for development purposes only and hold no monetary value.
How to Get tCORE / tCORE2
- Visit the appropriate faucet URL:
- Testnet2 (Chain ID: 1114):https://scan.test2.btcs.network/faucet
- Testnet1 (Chain ID: 1115):https://scan.test.btcs.network/faucet
- Paste your wallet addressin the input field.
Make sure it’s yourCore Testnet addressfrom MetaMask.
- Complete the CAPTCHAto verify you're human.
- Click the request button:
- OnTestnet2, click“Get tCORE2”
- OnTestnet1, click“Get tCORE”
- OnTestnet2, click“Get tCORE2”
- Wait for confirmation.
Your MetaMask balance will reflect the token once the transaction is processed.
Daily Limit:Each wallet address can requestonly once every 24 hours. If you hit the limit, try again after 24 hours or request help in theCore Discord Server.
Note: tCOREandtCORE2are test tokens withno real-world value. They are only for development and testing on the Core testnets.
